Necton gives its precious contribution to several research projects developped Sicilian Wildlife Fund, The Genoa Aquarium, The Italian great white shark data bank, the Aquastudio Institute of Messina and the WWF Sicilian division. Necton is a member of the Mediterranean Group of Shark Research (GMRS), is part of the Sicilian Fishing Co-operative (COSIPE), the AGCI fishing (as regards to the research division) and the Horcynus Horca Foundation for which it manages the department of sea biology.
